"I would recommend Adrian and Bicester Glass without hesitation. Adrian is friendly, works fast and effectively and inspires confidence. When we moved into our 4 bedroom detached house between Bicester and Buckingham, we had condensation in almost all the sealed, double glazed units. All the double glazing was about 25 years old. I had no idea what work may be required and at what price. Whereas other firms may have suggested replacing whole windows, Adrian explained that the sealed units were the only things to replace. He was also able to improve the opening/closing of the windows within the frames when he came to install.

We got quotes from a number of firms. Adrian came round promptly to measure-up, returned a quote promptly and booked an appointment for installation within a couple of weeks. (In fact, his quote was by far the most competitive. But the primary reason we wanted him to do the work was his professionalism and great attitude).

Adrian gave us options on units with a range of different energy ratings and ordered the glass. When it came to installation a couple of weeks later, Adrian was able to schedule all the work (30+ units) on a single day. We are really pleased with the result! It has made an amazing difference. No need for new windows, just get new units! And to have the most energy-efficient option, across 30 units in 11 rooms for £2000 is amazing. The new units are guaranteed for 5 years -- and I fully expect them to last more than 10. (By comparison I’d suggest being aware of here-today, gone-tomorrow franchises offering longer guarantees -- I understand the manufacturers themselves only offer 5 years!)

I believe Adrian has been trading for close to 20 years and been in the industry for 40 years, so his reputation clearly precedes him - and clearly maintaining that is important to him: you can trust him.
